Bristol's expert hiker Laura has been walking the UK's hills from a young age. Her parents would always take her to areas of the Lake District, Derbyshire and Cornwall's coastal routes, and she came to love long days on the trail.
Last year, Laura visited Iran, climbing Iran's highest mountain and Asia's highest volcano, Mount Damavand, and Tochal near Tehran.
Her aim this year is to tick off more treks and bothies in the Scottish Highlands.
It would have to be the Lake District, come rain or shine, it's always a beautiful place to walk.
