Ellis Brigham have teamed up with Charlotte Wiseman to offer a series of Yoga For Skiers and Snowboarders sessions.

Whether you are getting ready for your first ski or snowboard holiday or looking to go steeper and deeper - the key to snowsport fitness is core stability, balance and flexibility. These Yoga For Skiers and Snowboarders classes are the ideal way to prepare for the season ahead.

Expect strengthening exercises, functional stretching and an upbeat soundtrack.

About Your Teacher

a yoga teacher

Charlotte has been studying and practicing yoga for 18 years and has 25 years experience skiing and snowboarding. She is a specialist in Sports Yoga and is currently working with Olympic Skier Billy Major as well as amateur athletes.

We all know how hard it is to maintain a fitness routine during the festive period. Most people are not in their best shape, ready to make the most of their holiday. No one enjoys that feeling on the second morning when your body aches and you wished you had stretched a little the night before (and maybe done a little pre-holiday training) . Poor flexibility is one of the main causes of foot pain.

Join this 2 hour workshop to learn

  • Simple techniques that enable you to build strength and flexibility throughout the festive period
  • Daily pre-snow stretches to warm you up and prevent injury on the slopes
  • Cooldown stretches that sustain your form throughout the holiday
