inov 8 Demo and Guided Trail Runs

Join us for an inov-8 and Petzl demo on Tuesday 6th March (Glenmore Lodge) and Wednesday the 7th March (Fort William) and support an amazing cause at the same time, Cairngorm Mountain Rescue.

Tuesday 6th March | Aviemore

Meet at Glenmore Lodge for 6:30pm where parking is available with hot showers and changing facilities. From here the Lodge will be putting on Mini-buses to transport people to and from the nearby Reindeer Centre (start/finish) where we’ll aim to start at approx 6:30/6:45pm.

It will involve a 5.7 mile hill run (see route below) to test out the new X Talon 230 shoes and Petzl headtorches.

The run costs: £2.00 + fees, with all proceeds going to Cairngorm Mountain Rescue.

Wednesday 7th March | Fort William

Meet at the Ellis Brigham Fort William store at 6pm, to get kitted out, then we will aim to start the run at 6:30pm from the store. The run will be up and down Cow Hill finishing back at the shop.

It will involve a 4.7km hill run (see route below) and you can test test out the new X Talon 230 shoes and Petzl headtorches for free.
