Christmas Delivery & Returns

The last day we can accept ONLINE orders for a guaranteed pre-Christmas UK delivery is 1pm Friday 21st December. We'll try our very hardest with orders placed after this date but they'll be at the mercy of product stock availability and our couriers. If Next Day Delivery is selected, we will try to prioritise these orders over others; however, the delivery is not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. * Please call 0808 164 0600 free of charge for more info and live stock status.

For your convenience, we have extended the period for returning purchases for a REFUND, EXCHANGE or GIFT CARD CREDIT. Items purchased after 12th November 2018 can be returned for a refund, exchange or gift card credit until 15th January 2019. Items must be in resaleble condition and with a valid receipt. This offer is discretionary and maybe withdrawn at anytime. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

UK Delivery Times

We only display items on the website that we currently have in stock. In most cases, stock can be taken from our main warehouse, and you will receive your item(s) within 2 working days from the point of placing an order. If we have to source the item(s) from one of our stores' stockrooms, this takes a little longer and delivery is usually within 3-5 working days. If you need your items by a particular date, please let us know by using the additional shipping notes. (For overseas destinations please see the chart below).

Next Day Delivery

Please note that you must place an order before 1pm from Monday to Thursday in order for it to be dispatched on a next day service. Because our standard courier service is not available over the weekend, next day orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday, and orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This service is only available to standard UK postcodes, as outlined in the table below.

Weekend Delivery

Morning delivery and weekend delivery may be available with a surcharge, depending on stock location and delivery post code. If this is required please call our customer service team free of charge on: 0808 164 0600 to discuss.

UK Delivery Methods

When you spend over £150, delivery is FREE to standard UK addresses (includes Scottish Highlands). In the UK we use Interlink for standard delivery and UPS for oversized parcels (e.g. skis and snowboards). Gift Vouchers are sent by Royal Mail 1st class. For all Interlink, you will receive an automated email on the night of dispatch that allows you to track to the progress of the delivery. For UPS deliveries, you will receive an automated email once your parcel has been despatched.

Particular Delivery Date Requests

If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc., please inform us in the Delivery Notes field when making your order so we can make every effort to meet this deadline.

Click and Reserve

You can choose this option for any product you see on our website that has the 'reserve in store' icon under 'delivery options' (If click and reserve is unavailable, this icon will be greyed out). Add the item(s) to your basket and, once your order is complete, go to the basket page. Select Reserve In Store as your delivery option then click checkout and you can choose the most convenient store to collect your order from. The store list also displays whether or not the item is in stock and available for immediate collection, or if we need to send it there for you to pick up later (this can take up to 5 days). Payment is made in-store when you collect.

International Orders

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for paying all taxes and duties. These are not included in our delivery charges and are usually invoiced by the delivery company that we use.

The prices above are for shipping with courier.  If you would like a quote with Royal Mail, which may cost less, please let us know.

For international orders we can only send goods to the registered credit or debit card billing address. Please contact us if you require delivery to an alternate address.

†Estimated Delivery Time is from dispatch of your parcel - not from the order date. Please allow 1-5 days for dispatch, depending on stock availability.

All orders are subject to credit card security checks. In the case of international orders, some countries (eg. France, Denmark & Australia) do not divulge the relevant information for these checks to be carried out.
Therefore, if you wish to continue with your order, we require confirmation of your credit card billing address (e.g. the top of a recent statement).

We must have a contact telephone number in order for us to get in touch with you regarding any urgent queries relating to your order, (which we can use between 08:30 and 18:00 GMT/BST). Please also confirm your international dialing code.

For most international orders of 2 kg and over we dispatch our goods via Interlink Express. For items under 2Kg we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For or International Tracked. You can track these orders via the shipment number you will be provided upon despatch.

Orders from all BFPO addresses must be able to provide us with confirmation from a commanding officer that they are entitled to V.A.T. free goods.

Delivery times are dependant on the service used and destination. If you require goods for a specific time/date then please indicate in the Notes box provided when making your order and allow sufficient time for delivery, in case of any problems with the relevant postal services.
