Hybrid Profile

DPS Wallier A112 Hybrid Profile

A large rocker at the tip and tail raises the ski atop deep snow and makes it easier to initiate and exit turns in mixed terrain. Under the bindings, you’ll find a camber profile that provides grip and edge hold on-piste and keeps the flex powerful and lively.

Pre-preg Carbon Laminates

DPS Wallier A112 Construction

Pre-preg carbon laminates come impregnated with resin in the fibres, removing the need for extra epoxy in the press. This removes human error from this process and maximises the strength to weight ratio of the carbon fibre.

DPS Wallier A112 Base

Two of these pre-preg carbon laminates sandwich a full Aspen core - reducing vibrations, improving response and keeping the weight to a minimum. On top of the carbon sits a tough polyamide topsheet, to protect against impacts - and along the bottom of the ski sits a World-Cup-standard sintered base, full of friction-reducing graphite.

Paddle Tech

DPS Wallier A112 Paddle Tech

Towards the tip of the ski a flatter than standard sidecut blends into the nose improving control and predictability. The paddle-like shape lifts you well above the snow while the sidecut and full sidewall under the bindings provide grip on hardpack snow.

Overall Verdict

Ridiculously good fun in powder, this is the ideal ski for anyone who wants the best in technology, design and materials - for an exceptional experience in crud, deep snow and everything in between.
