All orders are subject to credit card security checks. In the case of international orders, some countries (eg. France, Denmark) do not divulge the relevant information for these checks to be carried out. We must have a contact telephone or fax number in order for us to get in touch with you regarding any urgent queries relating to your order, (which we can use between 08:30 and 18:00 GMT/BST). Please also confirm your international dialing code.

For all international orders we dispatch our goods via Interlink Express - offering tracking & tracing throughout, and requiring a signature on receipt.

Orders from all BFPO addresses must be able to provide us with faxed confirmation from a commanding officer that they are entitled to V.A.T. free goods.
