The Cipher uses Gore Windstopper Soft Shell to completely block wind on the torso, with super breathable TNF Apex Aerobic fabric targeted at areas of high perspiration and an all-over DWR for water resistance. With two alpine pockets, adjustable elastic-bound hood, non-abrasive cuff tabs and hem cinchcord.
