Our in-store teams are on hand to advise and recommend clothing and equipment for your next outdoor adventure!

During store opening hours we have a limited number of appointments that can be pre-booked to guarantee store entry at a time to suit you. Once booked you’ll receive an email confirmation (and SMS text) and then a further reminder an hour before your appointed time. Please visit the store at your scheduled time and speak to a customer service host who can help you. At the busiest times please be aware that occasionally our fitters may be working with two bookings at one time.
