Nice!
The Chilean guy in Shepherd's bush store spent ages helping me select these. I took them to Falklands, squishy, nippy, wet. Walked miles, gorgeous.. Next: Yemen, hot and dusty. Ditto, great on miles of rough scree. Outrageous comfort! my only beef - they're a bit big, sort of bulky around the sides. But they're lovely. Thanks..

Great lightweight boots
I've had a pair of these (or at least the previoius version) for about 3 years. I bought them in store and had them fitted with customised footbeds. They have been very comfortable for 3 season use but have recently made the soles of my feet ache after 10 miles. I've just sent them away to be re-soled, hopefully this will restore the comfort. Getting the right fit is vital and this can only be done in the store.

Blisters
I have had these boots for over a year and they have given me many blisters on my right ankle. I have also a pair of Meindl Burma Pro GTX unused and will stay unused. I have ordered today a pair of Salomon Cosmic 4D GTX.
