It has brushed "suede style" pads inside instead of the usual that you get in lesser helmets. I also got the earphone inserts for it which are awesome. My only gripe - and it's a fair one is the size of the helmet - you have to have a certain face shape to wear it or you'll end up looking like a slap head - this helmet definitely isn't low profile - I'm going to get the Tantrum helmet next for something a bit sleeker - just hope it's as comfy. It would get 5 stars except its a fatty - hence only 4 stars.
