Arc'teryx Phase AR baselayers apply the latest principles of moisture management to dramatically enhance comfort and athletic performance. A sophisticated bi-component structure combines two types of yarn: super wicking Phi yarns rapidly disperse moisture across a wide area while 100% hydrophobic yarns reduce the amount of perspiration held within the fabric. The result is a base layer that regulates temperature across active and static phases, allowing quicker evaporative cooling when active and accelerated drying times when static. They feature a mechanical stretch-knit construction which eliminates the need for moisture-absorbing elastic yarns and an encapsulated silver ion treatment to eliminate odour for the lifetime of the garment.
