Ellis Brigham Mail Order and Internet Returns Policy
With Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports, returns are hassle free. Should you be unhappy with the goods you have received and need a refund or exchange then you can either send it back to our mail order address (below), or if it is more convenient for you, you can return it to one of our nationwide retail stores. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Alternatively we can arrange to collect the item(s) from a UK address of your choice for a charge of £8. Just call 0844 372 1010 to arrange.
Please note that return postage costs must be paid for by the customer, unless you are returning faulty goods. All unwanted items must be new and unused, and with original labels attached, along with all receipts and the fully completed Returns Form (PDF). Returns must be made within 21 days of receipt. Refunds are usually issued within 2 working days of receipt, always in the same tender type as originally used. Any items received after the 21 day return period will be refunded to a gift card. If you receive an item that’s damaged or faulty, you must let us know within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so may mean that we can’t accept the return.
Exchanges for full-priced items will be sent carriage-free to UK addresses.
We regret that for Health & Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of climbing hardware or underwear.
Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud or dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.
