Website Assistant

Store: Web Department, Manchester
We are currently looking for a website assistant to join our growing ecommerce team.
The successful candidate will have website development skills, previous experience using a comprehensive content management system, a sound working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop. Previous experience in an ecommerce/retail environment is desirable.
We need someone with excellent attention to detail, who is a good team player. Enthusiasm or knowledge for outdoor sports will also be seen as positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product information management
- Product image management
- Liaising with department managers on new brands/items
- Provide assistance with email marketing

Assistant Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a real passion for mountain sports and for providing superior customer service to take on a challenging role as Assistant Manager at Ellis Brigham Tower House.
As the Assistant Manager of the company’s biggest store you will be a key individual in the future success of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of technical outdoor clothing and all the brands Ellis Brigham stocks. You must be an excellent communicator, have significant experience managing a team, be experienced and confident when dealing with customers and staff, and highly self-motivated. Additionally you must be enthusiastic, flexible, pro-active and be able to work well under pressure whilst driving sales and providing first class customer service.
You may already hold an Assistant Manager or Department Manager position within one of our stores or have similar previous experience and be looking to take that next step to assuming more responsibility.
